Thank you for shopping at NuffSale. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at the email provided above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.
